LG28 Rewind with Nightbeat is part of Takara Tomy's Transformers Legends toyline series.  LG28 Rewind with Nightbeat is Legends Class-scaled, stands Transformers Legends-inches tall in robot mode and transforms from Cassette Tape to robot and back. 
 Takara Tomy's Legends series features anime and comic book accurate color schemes, metallic paint applications and weapons and extra parts not found on their Western releases. Each figure is a Transformers Generations series figure recolored and remastered with paint applications and details only seen on the Japanese Transformers Legends Toyline.
The Japanese Legends Series figures are legendary characters reborn in spectacular collectible format and should not be confused with standard legends scale figures. In Takara’s Japanese Legend Series, the word “legend” refers to the status of the characters themselves.
